If you’re having issues connecting your Fiery server to the IQ cloud, try the following steps:
- Check your Fiery servers network settings, DNS, and Proxy settings are configured correctly.
In Fiery Command WorkStation, select Server > Configure > Network and choose IPv4 Address or Proxy. - Update Fiery Command WorkStation.
Open Fiery Software Manager from your Programs or Applications, and if there is a newer Fiery Command WorkStation version listed, select Update. - Update the ECC cloud connector on the Fiery Server.
In Fiery Command WorkStation, select Server > Device Center > Fiery Updates > Updates > ECC. If there is a newer version to install, select Update. - Find more information or contact us via Fiery Communities.
